This policy describes the Sunny Customer Experiences website and its inquiry form.

Information you send us

When you submit the Get Started form or email us, we receive the contact details, business information, questions, and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Website and form providers

Our website is delivered through Netlify and Cloudflare. Requests to those services can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and technical information used to deliver and protect the site.

The inquiry form is provided by ActiveCampaign. Loading the form connects your browser to ActiveCampaign, and submitting it sends the information you enter to that service for Sunny to handle your inquiry. The form also loads fonts from Bunny Fonts.

Browser preferences and analytics

The website may store your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can clear this preference through your browser settings. The website no longer loads Segment analytics or Drift chat.
